We're aware of a current issue that can occur when launching or updating a Nexon game through Steam.
In the meantime, if you're receiving an error message such as the one above, "An error occurred while updating (app running)", please follow the various steps below to try launching the game. You may want to repeat Steps 1 - 3 if the issue keeps occurring.
- Open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+ESC) and locate the "nxsteam.exe" process under the Processes tab.
- Close the "nxsteam.exe" process by selecting it and clicking "End task".
- Try launching the game again through the Steam Library.
- If the problem persists, try closing Steam (through Task Manager if needed) and open Steam again.
- Try launching the game again through the Steam Library.
- Restart your PC.
- Launch Steam and try launching the game again through the Steam Library.

Perform a Repair Installation for the game through Steam.
- Once the Repair Installation is complete, try launching the game again through the Steam Library.
- Use the Nexon Launcher instead to download and launch the game.
