It has come to our attention that our Russian players are unable to submit reports through the customer support portal. As an alternative, we would like to request our valued players to send your reports or concerns by email to this email address: support@counterstrike.zendesk.com

Before sending your email, we ask that you provide the following account-related details, along with any of your concerns/issues.

- In-game Name
- Steam ID
