If your software is being flagged by Hackshield as a false positive, please follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure that you are using an administrator Windows user account when trying to play CSN. If you are still encountering issues, shut down Steam and relaunch it by right-clicking its desktop icon and selecting "run as administrator".
2. If you are using video-capture software (e.g., Playclaw) or game community software (e.g., Raptr) that integrates into CSN, please close these programs, shut down Steam, restart Steam, and then relaunch CSN to check if the issue is associated with that program.
3. If the problem persists, repeat the above steps, but also shut down all non-Steam programs that may be running in the background (e.g., those with icons in the lower-right corner of the taskbar).
